How to Publish Owner Report

Delta PMS Owner report has a purpose to help you as the host share the report of the owned properties to their owners. Below are the instructions for the Host on how to publish the owner report.


Step 1: Navigate to Owner Report menu

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Click Owner > Owner Report > Reports tab.

Step 2: Select the room for which the report will be published

  1. Search the owner name or property that you want to publish the report.

  2. Click the “See details” in the owner name row that you need.

  3. Click "View report" on the specific owned rooms properties.

Step 3: Set the period of the report you wish to publish

Select the year and month of the report to be published. By default, it will be set to the current year and month.

Step 4: Publish the Report

  1. Once the period is set, you need to click the padlock icon to lock the report before publishing it.

  2. Click “Confirm” on the popup confirmation.

  3. Once the report is locked, the “Publish” button will be enabled.

  4. Click “Publish” and confirm the action.

  5. You can check or leave the “Customize notification email” checkbox unchecked.

  6. Click “Confirm” on the confirmation popup.

  7. You will see a notification saying ‘Report has been updated’ to signify that the report has been published to the corresponding owner.
