The Owner Domain is a special area where property owners can access important information about their properties. In this domain, hosts can invite or add the property owner, giving them their own login to view specific features made just for owners.
Once added, owners can:
See booking sales and earnings from their properties.
Check reports or performance data shared by the host.
View payout details based on their ownership share.
Stay updated on how their property is performing without needing to contact the host directly.
This feature helps both hosts and owners manage properties more efficiently and ensures transparency in sales and revenue sharing.
Step 1: Navigate to Owner Report list
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Once logged in, go to the sidebar on your left screen.
Click Owner menu on the sidebar to show the sub-menu Owner List and Owner Report.
Select Owner Report submenu on the sidebar
Step 2: Open Owner Report
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to Owner Report List.
Click See Details on the Property.
It will redirect you to a data table with owner details for the property. Data table shown are:
Drop down menu that listed all the rooms and room types that owned by owners (Condominium Property)
Owner Name
Start Date of Agreement
End Date of Agreement
Shared Percentage Fee
Status
See Details action button
Select on See Details button on the selected owner.
It will redirect you to Owner Report page.
