Access the Items List in the Guest Service Submenu as a Host.

This tutorial will guide you through the process of navigating to the items list within the Guest Services section.

Step 1: Navigate to the Rates Menu.

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Find and click on the "Rates" menu on the sidebar on the left of your screen.

Step 2: Select the Guest Services submenu

  1. Within the Rates menu, select the "Guest Services" submenu. This is the section where you will manage all extra services you offer to your guests, such as spa treatments, guided tours, or breakfast options.

Step 3: Guest Service Item List

  1. After selecting the Guest Services submenu, you will be directed to a new screen. If no items are listed under your guest services, you will see the following message:

"There are no items yet. Get started by clicking the ‘Add Item’ button above."

  1. You will be able to add some Guest Service item in ‘Add item’ button
