Host may customize Pre Check-In form to accommodate which information they want to obtain from guest prior their check-in. To edit the Pre Check-In form you may follow these steps:
Step 1 : Navigate to Form Builder
Log in to your PMS account.
Go to the Dashboard.
Click 'Settings' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.
Select 'Form Builder'.

In the Form Builder page, click View Form.
Under the Fields Configuration tab, you may see the following:
a. Input Language : Active Language for Form Builder
b. View Form Button : Button to see preview of the form.
c. Publish Form Button : Button to publish the form.
d. Form Items : These are the main categories of input items
Step 2 : How to Edit Form Builder
Go to the Dashboard.
Click 'Settings' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.
Select 'Form Builder'.
Select the Form Builder field which you want to edit.
Click on the three dots and select 'Edit Item' on the right side of the field.
Fill and edit the field based on your needs.
You can set if the item is required or optional by checking or unchecking the Required toggle.
Click 'Save Changes' to save the edited form.
Step 3 : How to Rearrange the Form Builder order
Click 'Settings' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.
Select 'Form Builder'.
change the order of the items by drag and drop the 6 dots icon next to the Item List Name.
Lastly, you can click View form button to see a preview of how it will look like to the guest, or click Publish form to complete edit process.
