How to Handle an Agent Who Hasn't Registered

If an agent has not registered an invitation, it's important to follow up and ensure they complete their registration. This tutorial will guide you through the process of handling an agent who hasn't registered yet for 3 days since the invitation date.

Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Channel menu

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Find and click on the "Sales Channel" menu on the sidebar on the left of your screen.

Step 2: Select the Agents submenu

  1. Within the Sales Channel menu, select the "Agents” submenu. Click on it to proceed to the agent list page.

Step 3: Open Agent Details Page

  1. Locate the agent you have invited but who has not yet activated their account.

  2. Click the “See Details” button on the invited agent's name to open their profile.

Step 4: Verify The Results

After clicking the "See Details" button, the following things should happen:

  1. New Section on Agent Details Page

  • Ensure that a new section appears on the Agent details page with the following wording:

Step 5 : Click Notify Button

  1. Click the "Notify Agent" button on the agent's details page to remind the agent to complete their registration.

If you click the "Notify Agent" this will happen :

  • The system will send the same email as the original invitation email to the agent. This email serves as the link to create an agent account in PMS.

  • The button to notify the agent again should be enabled when the agent hasn't registered for 3 days since the last invitation.
