In a Property Management System (PMS), the host may need to edit the fee for specific agents based on various factors. Here's a step-by-step tutorial on how to edit the fee for a specific agent in the agent details page.
Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Channel menu
Log in to your PMS account.
Go to the Dashboard.
Find and click on the "Sales Channel" menu on the sidebar on the left of your screen.
Step 2: Select the Agents submenu
Within the Sales Channel menu, select the "Agents” submenu. Click on it to proceed to the agent list page.
Step 3: Open Agent Details Page
Find the specific agent whose fee you want to edit..
Click the “See Details” button on the invited agent's name to open their detail page.
Step 4: Change the Value on Agent Fee Text Field
On the agent's details page, locate the "Fee" text field.
Enter the new fee value for the agent.
Step 5: Click Save Changes Button
After entering the new fee value, click the "Save Changes" button to update the agent's fee.
Step 6: Click Confirm Button in Confirmation Dialog
A confirmation dialog will appear.
Click the "Confirm" button to update the agent’s fee.
Step 7: Verify the Result
After clicking the "Confirm" button, the system will save the updated fee for that specific agent. The host should now be able to see the updated fee of the agent in their details page.
