Insufficient Balance in Refund

What should I do if I get an "Insufficient Balance” error when processing a refund?


If this error appears, clients are advised to wait a few days until their balance is sufficient to process the refund.

If the matter is urgent, the client can contact the Delta Technical Support (TS) team. However, a balance transfer to our account will be required beforehand to proceed with the refund.
