Modify Booking from Package (Keep Current Rate)

Required Actions : User have the active/confirm booking.

Booking Details

  1. Go to Booking Details and select Stay Details tab.

  2. Amended booking through Booking Details will be able to several scenario :

    • Amend the Stay Period (Extend / Shorten)

    • Amend by move the Stay period

    • Amend by move to the other property

    • Amend by move to the other room type

    • Amend by move to the other room

    • Amend by increase/reduce the number of guest

  3. Amend the booking as you need.

  4. Amended Booking Confirmation will appear, select Keep Current Rate.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Registered Guest Service Adjustment confirmation table will appear, and update the guest service or additional house cleaning to the newest stay date. Also you can delete all the guest service by click on the Delete All button.

  7. Click Confirm.

  8. Click Save and Proceed Payment.

Room Allocation

  1. Go to Room Allocation.

  2. Select the booking you want to amend.

  3. Drag and drop the booking into the new location.

  4. Amended booking through Room Allocation will be able to several scenario :

    • Amend by move the stay period

    • Amend by move to the other property

    • Amend by move to the other room type

    • Amend by move to the other room

  5. Amend the booking as you need.

  6. Amended Booking Confirmation will appear, select Keep Current Rate.

  7. Click Continue.

  8. Registered Guest Service Adjustment confirmation table will appear, and update the guest service or additional house cleaning to the newest stay date. Also you can delete all the guest service by click on the Delete All button.

What will affect the booking ?

  • Your booking will be updated from a Package to a Base Rate booking at the same price.

  • Your stay dates, property, room type, and number of guests will be adjusted according to the changes you make from the previous package.

  • If you have already generated the invoice or completed the payment, the amount paid will be applied to the updated invoice and receipt.

  • If you have already generated the invoice or completed the payment, any additional guest services and house cleaning charges will follow the updated booking details.
