How to Create Group Booking from Existing Individual Booking

As a host, you can create a booking group from the existing individual bookings. You can add and group several bookings into a newly created booking group. This article will guide you through grouping created bookings from the Booking List.


  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Click Booking > Booking List > Booking Groups tab.

  4. Click the “+ Create Group” button and choose Guest Booking.

  5. The Group Booking popup will appear. Use the search bar to find the created guest bookings that you want to group.

  6. Tick the checkbox to select bookings. The booking IDs of the selected booking will appear at the top of the list. You can delete a certain booking by clicking the X icon.

  7. After selecting several bookings, click “Next”.

  8. You must select a PIC for the group booking on the next step.

  9. Click “Next”.

  10. Set the booking group name.

  11. Click “Create group”.

  12. A notification saying ‘Group booking created.’ will appear and you will be redirected to the Booking Details page of the booking group.
