What If the Group Booking PIC Cancels Their Own Individual Booking?

When the PIC of a booking group cancels their own individual booking, the booking group remains active, but the PIC assignment must be updated. This means you, as the host, need to assign a new booking group PIC.


  1. Navigate to the PIC’s group booking.

  2. Click Cancel booking on the PIC's individual booking.

  3. The Assign New PIC For Group Booking popup will appear. You need to assign a new PIC for the group booking.

  4. Click the Booking Group PIC dropdown. The options for the PIC will be the main guests of the individual booking(s).

  5. Click “Confirm and Continue”.

  6. For the booking cancellation, you can write the cancellation reason (optional).

  7. After that, click “Cancel Booking”.

  8. The position of the individual bookings will be changed. The new PIC’s booking will be at the top of the navigation list.

  9. If you check the cancelled booking of the previous PIC, the Booking Status will also change to ‘Cancelled’.
