Owner Statement in owner report provides information reports regarding the property that is managed by host. The reports contain information such as balance, income and expenses.

In Owner Statement, you are able to see the report from financial statement of your owned property with these details:

Carry Forward Balance is showing balance from the previous period.

Gross Rental Income is showing amount of gross sales from the bookings of the property on selected period.

Host Management Fee is the amount of host share amount (before any deduction). Host Management Fee will deduct the gross rental income

Rental Expense amount is total amount of the House Cleaning expense from each bookings that showing in Transactions tab.

Taxes amount is total amount of tax on the bookings that obligated to owner. The amount of taxes is calculated based on the trust settings that set on the owner details.

Net Sales amount is total amount of subtractions from Gross Rental Income with Host Management Fee, Rental Expenses and Taxes.

Other Credits amount is total amount of other credits that comes from Host either manually or automatically added from Recurring functions in Owner Details.

Other Debits amount is total amount of other debits that comes from Host either manually or automatically added from Recurring functions in Owner Details

Net Profit amount is total amount of summation from Net Sales with Other Credits and subtraction with Other Debits.

Current balance amount is total amount of summation from Carry forward balance with Net Profit amount. If the balance is positive or profit it will be shown in Green and if the balance is negative or loss it will be shown in Red.
