What is Owner Statement in Owner Report?

The Owner Statement in the Owner Report provides a detailed summary of the financial activities and performance of a property managed by the host. The reports contain information such as balance, income, and expenses.

Owner Statement Details

In the Owner Statement, you can see the report from the financial statement of your owned property with these details.

Carry Forward Balance

Carry Forward Balance shows balance from the previous period.

Gross Rental Income

Gross Rental Income shows the amount of gross sales from the bookings of the property on selected periods.

Host Management Fee

Host Management Fee is the amount of host share amount (before any deduction). Host Management Fee will deduct the gross rental income.

Rental Expense

Rental Expense amount is the total amount of the House Cleaning expense from each booking that is shown in the Transactions tab.

Taxes

Taxes amount is the total amount of tax on the bookings that is obligated to the owner. The amount of taxes is calculated based on the trust settings that are set on the owner details.

Net Sales

Net Sales amount is the total amount of subtractions from Gross Rental Income with Host Management Fee, Rental Expenses, and Taxes.

Other Credits

Other Credits amount is the total amount of other credits that comes from Host either manually or automatically added from Recurring Cost functions in Owner Details.

Other Debits

Other Debits amount is the total amount of other debits that comes from Host either manually or automatically added from Recurring Cost functions in Owner Details.

Net Profit

Net Profit amount is total amount of summation from Net Sales with Other Credits and subtraction with Other Debits.

Current Balance

Current balance amount is total amount of summation from Carry forward balance with Net Profit amount. If the balance is positive or profit it will be shown in Green and if the balance is negative or loss it will be shown in Red.
