How to Manage Guest Service

Step 1 : How To Add Item in Guest Service

  1. Go to Dashboard.

  2. Click Rates and Availability, then select Guest Services.

  3. You will navigate to Guest Service item list page. Click Add Item beside the search bar.

  4. Add Item pop-up will appear, fill all the mandatory fields (Service Image, Item Name, Item Category, Price Per-Item, Service Unit).

  5. Click Add to upload the new item.

  6. Your new item will automatically appear in Item list in Guest Service page and in Guest Service Tab in Booking Details.

Step 2 : How to Edit Guest Service

  1. Go to Guest Service Item list.

  2. Select the Guest Service name and click Edit icon.

  3. Edit item pop-up will appear.

  4. You able to edit and add some text or image in edit field

  5. After you edit the Guest Service item list, click Save Changes button

  6. if you want to cancel the action, click Cancel button

  7. Your saved edited item will automatically reflected in Guest Service Item List page and in Guest Service Tab in Booking Details

Step 3 : How to Delete Guest Service Item List

  1. Go to Guest Service Item List.

  2. Select the Guest Service name and click Delete icon.

  3. Delete confirmation will appear, click Delete button to continue deleting the Guest Service Item.

  4. Click Cancel to cancel the action.

  5. After you click Delete your Guest Service item will be deleted from the Guest Service Item List and The Guest Service tab in Booking Details.
