Searching for specific items within the Guest Services section of your Property Management System (PMS) can help you quickly find and manage additional services. This article will guide you through the process of using the search bar to locate items in the Guest Services list. To properly search for items in the Guest Services section, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Guest Services.
Log in to your PMS account.
Go to the Dashboard.
Click "Rates and Availability" on the sidebar on the left of your screen to access the property list
Within the Rates menu, select the "Guest Services" submenu. This will bring you to the Items List page where all your guest services are displayed.
Step 2: Use the Search Bar.
At the top of the Guest Services List page, you will find a search bar. This is the tool you will use to search for specific items.
Step 3: Input Item Name on the Search Bar.
Click on the search bar and start typing the name of the service you are looking for. The search bar uses dynamic functionality, meaning it will start showing results as you type, filtering the items list to display only those that match your search keyword.
Step 4: The Results.
As you type, the items list will automatically update to show items that match the search keyword. This real-time search functionality allows you to quickly find the item without having to manually scroll through the entire list.
