How To Search Guest Item Service (Input Random Text)

This tutorial will guide you through the process of using the search bar to locate items in the Guest Services section by inputting random text in the search bar. Follow these steps to efficiently search for items within the Guest Services section:

Step 1: Navigate to Guest Services.

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Click "Rates" on the sidebar on the left of your screen to access the property list

  4. Within the Rates menu, select the "Guest Services" submenu. This will bring you to the Items List page where all your guest services are displayed.

Step 2: Use the Search Bar.

  1. At the top of the Guest Services List page, you will find a search bar. This is the tool you will use to search for specific items.

Step 3: Input Random Text on the Search Bar.

  1. Click on the search bar and start typing random text that does not correspond to any item names.

Step 4: The Results.

As you type random text, the items list will automatically update. If there are no items that match the search keyword, the screen will display a blank list with the following wordings: There are no items yet, indicating that no matching items were found.
