Why Can't I See My Booking in the Booking List?
Q: I just created a booking, but I can't find it in the Booking List. Where did it go?
When you create a new booking, its initial status is automatically set to 'Draft'. This means the booking is not yet confirmed and is not displayed in the main Booking List.
Instead, it is placed under a separate section called 'Draft Bookings'.
Sometimes, users assume their booking has disappeared or wasn't created because it doesn't appear in the main list. But it’s just saved in the Draft tab until you confirm the booking.
What should I do?
Select 'Booking' from the Dashboard.
Click 'Booking List'. User will navigate to Booking List Page.
Go to the 'Draft' tab.
Locate the booking.
Review and edit the details as needed.
Confirm the booking to move it into the main Booking List.
