New Booking Not Showing? It Might Be in Draft Status

Q: I just created a booking from the Delta PMS Host Portal, but I can't find it in the Booking List. Where did it go?

When you create a new booking, its initial status is automatically set to Draft. This means the booking is not yet confirmed and is not displayed in the main Booking List. Instead, it is placed on the Draft tab on the Booking List page.

What you should do

  1. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  2. Select Booking > Booking List. You will be navigated to the Booking List page.

  3. Open the Draft tab.

  4. Locate your booking.

  5. Review and edit the details as needed.

  6. Change the booking status from ‘Draft’ to ‘Confirmed’ by clicking the button on the top right, which will show a dropdown menu of other statuses.

  7. The Confirm Change Status will appear and click “Confirm”.

  8. Your booking will move to the Booking List.
