Step 1 : Open the Booking Detail
Go to the Booking Detail page.
Find the existing booking that needs to be updated.
Step 2 : Change Booking Details That Affect the Price Update
The Price Update will be triggered when the Host changes one or more of the following section :
On Booking Details
Stay Period
Check-in date
Check-out date
Property
Room Type
Number of Guests
On Room Allocation
Stay Period
Check-in date
Check-out date
Property
Room Type
Step 3 : Change the Price to Higher price
The Price Update modal appears because the booking changes may affect the payment amount.
The modal shows two options:
Keep Previous Rate
Add New Rate to Payment
Select Add New Rate to Payment.
After selecting Add New Rate to Payment, the system displays the available rates for the updated booking condition.
Select the desired Package Rate / Base Rate.
Review the selected amount.
Click Continue.
The Registered Guest Service Adjustment confirmation will appear if there are active guest services.
Update the service date if needed.
Make sure the service date is still within the updated stay period.
Click Confirm.
Non-Payable Guest Service Behavior Based on New Rate Change
1. Base Rate to Package Rate
If the previous booking used Base Rate and the Host Admin selects a new Package Rate, the system will add the Non-Payable Guest Services included in the selected package.
Result:
The new Package Rate is applied.
The package’s included Non-Payable Guest Services will appear in the Guest Service tab.
The previous Base Rate will be replaced by the selected Package Rate.
2. Package Rate to Base Rate
If the previous booking used Package Rate and the Host Admin selects Base Rate, the previous package will no longer be used.
Result:
The new Base Rate is applied.
The previous package’s Non-Payable Guest Services will be removed.
The Non-Payable Guest Services will no longer appear in the Guest Service tab because they were originally included in the previous package.
3. Package Rate to Package Rate
If the previous booking used Package Rate and the Host Admin selects a new Package Rate, the system will replace the previous package services with the new package services.
Result:
The new Package Rate is applied.
The previous Non-Payable Guest Services will be removed.
The new Non-Payable Guest Services from the selected package will appear in the Guest Service tab.
The Guest Service tab will only show the Non-Payable Guest Services from the latest selected package.
