What is Representative Guest? Representative Guest refers to the primary or main guest details recorded for a specific property booking. This person is typically the one responsible for the reservation and acts as the point of contact throughout the stay. This step will help you as the host to add the Representative Guest through Host Portal (PMS) or Direct Booking Portal.
Step 1 : Add Representative Booking from Host Portal
First, you have to create a booking.
If your booking has been created, you will be automatically navigated to the Booking Details page.
Click the Guest Information tab.
Switch or slide the “Representative Booking" switch button to the right side.
If the “Representative Booking” switch button is active, the data list will adjust for the representative booking data.
Click “Edit” to fill the Representative Details form.
You may change your representative details data. This will not change the data in the guest details and vice versa.
After filling in all the fields, click “Save Changes”.
You as the host can check the representative details by clicking the dropdown icon beside the representative’s name.
